Job Description:

• Prepare and maintain a sterile field during surgical procedures.
• Assist the surgical team by passing instruments, sponges, and other required equipment.
• Ensure all instruments are properly sterilized and ready for use.
• Monitor and maintain inventory of surgical supplies and equipment.
• Adhere to infection control and safety protocols.
• Collaborate with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and nurses to provide seamless patient care.

Education and Certification Requirements:

• Completion of an accredited Surgical Technology program.
• Certification as a Surgical Technologist (CST) preferred.
• BLS (Basic Life Support) certification required.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in surgical technology, with travel experience preferred.
