Job Description:

• Provide comprehensive occupational therapy services to patients in various settings, including long-term care (LTC) facilities.
• Conduct patient assessments and develop individualized treatment plans to address functional limitations and promote independence.
• Implement therapeutic interventions focusing on activities of daily living, fine motor skills, and cognitive abilities.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate care and optimize patient outcomes.
• Document patient progress and communicate effectively with healthcare professionals and caregivers.

Education and Certification Requirements:

• Licensed Occupational Therapist (OT) in Indiana.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience as an Occupational Therapist in a long-term care (LTC) setting.

Contract Details:

• Contract Length: 13 weeks
• Weekly Compensation: Up to $2,700 based on experience
