- Education Requirements: Completion of a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification program from an accredited institution.
- Certifications Requirements: Valid Nebraska CNA license, CPR certification, and Basic Life Support (BLS).
- Experience Requirements: Minimum of 1 year of skilled nursing or long-term care (LTC) experience in a similar setting.
- Other Requirements: Strong communication skills, ability to work rotating weekends, physical ability to perform patient care tasks, and familiarity with electronic medical records (EMR) systems.
