Job Requirements
- Education Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Nursing or a related field.
- Certifications Requirements: BLS (Basic Life Support), ALS (Advanced Life Support).
- Experience Requirements: Minimum of 1 year of recent Interventional Radiology or Cath Lab experience.
- Other Requirements: Illinois RN license, basic critical care experience (ER or ICU), ability to work on call 2-3 times per week, and rotating weekends.

Job Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality interventional radiology nursing care to patients undergoing complex procedures, ensuring patient safety and comfort.
- Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary team members to prepare patients, assist during procedures, and monitor post-procedure recovery.
- Maintain accurate documentation of patient care, procedures, and observations in accordance with hospital policies.
- Execute emergency protocols and respond effectively to patient crises, demonstrating critical care skills as needed.
- Assist with equipment setup, sterilization, and adherence to infection control standards to support efficient procedure flow.
