Job Description
Local Travel LPN – Skilled Nursing Facility - Weiser, Idaho
Contract Length: 13 Weeks
Guaranteed Hours: 36 hours per week (with options for additional hours)
Weekly Compensation: Up to $1,755 (based on experience)
Connected Health Care, a leading recruitment and staffing firm, is currently seeking a compassionate and experienced Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for a local travel contract at a reputable Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) in Weiser, ID. This is a great opportunity to work in a supportive and professional environment while enjoying the scenic charm of rural Idaho.
Job Responsibilities:
- Provide direct patient care in a skilled nursing setting under the supervision of RNs and physicians
- Administer medications, monitor patient health, and perform routine nursing tasks
- Assist with ADLs (Activities of Daily Living) and ensure patient comfort
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary healthcare team to deliver quality care
- Document patient information accurately and timely
- Maintain compliance with facility protocols and state/federal regulations
Education and Certification Requirements:
- Active LPN license in the state of Idaho or compact state – Required
- BLS Certification – Required
- Minimum 1-2 years of recent SNF or long-term care experience – Preferred
- Strong clinical assessment and communication skills
