Local Travel Licensed Practical Nurse (SNF) - North of Boise, Idaho
Contract Length: 13 Weeks
Weekly Compensation: Up to $1,755 (Based on Experience)
Connected Health Care, a premier recruitment and staffing firm, is currently seeking a Local Travel LPN for a skilled nursing facility located just north of Boise, Idaho. This 13-week opportunity offers competitive pay, flexible scheduling, and a chance to work in one of the most scenic regions of the Northwest.
Job Description:

Provide direct patient care in accordance with physician orders and treatment plans

Administer medications and monitor for side effects or reactions

Assist with activities of daily living and ensure patient comfort

Collaborate with RNs, physicians, and interdisciplinary care teams

Document patient progress and maintain accurate medical records

Respond to emergencies and implement appropriate interventions
Education & Certification Requirements:

Graduate of an accredited Practical Nursing program – Required

Current and active LPN license in the state of Idaho – Required

AHA BLS certification – Required
-
Minimum of 1–2 years of experience in a Skilled Nursing Facility preferred
