Job Requirements
- Education Requirements: Successful completion of a state-approved Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) training program.
- Certifications Requirements: Valid CNA certification in the state of Minnesota.
- Experience Requirements: Minimum of 1 year of prior experience working as a CNA in a long-term care setting.
- Other Requirements: Ability to work both PM and NOC shifts; excellent communication skills; reliable transportation; ability to lift ?50 pounds; strong interpersonal skills.

- Provide quality patient care by assisting residents with daily activities, including bathing, dressing, and mobility assistance.
- Maintain accurate and detailed documentation of patient conditions, care provided, and relevant observations.
- Collaborate effectively with nursing staff to ensure timely and efficient delivery of care services.
- Execute infection control protocols and maintain a clean, safe environment for residents and staff.
