Key Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive patient care in a fast-paced Medical-Surgical unit.
• Monitor vital signs, administer medications, and coordinate treatment plans.
• Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and the healthcare team to ensure quality patient outcomes.
• Maintain detailed patient records and follow hospital safety protocols.

Requirements

• Active RN license in Iowa or compact state eligibility.
• BLS and ACLS certifications required.
• Minimum of 1-2 years of Med Surg experience.
• Strong critical thinking and communication skills.
