Job Description:

• Oversee the daily operations of the long-term care facility, ensuring that all functions are running smoothly and efficiently.
• Develop, implement, and monitor policies and procedures to ensure compliance with state and federal regulations.
• Supervise staff and ensure that residents receive high-quality care, addressing any concerns or issues that arise.
• Manage budgeting, financial planning, and resource allocation to maintain facility operations.
• Develop and maintain relationships with families, medical professionals, and community partners.
• Ensure that the facility adheres to all licensing and certification requirements, preparing for inspections and audits.

Education & Certification Requirements:

• Active Nursing Home Administrator License in Wisconsin required.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Health Administration, Nursing, or a related field preferred.
• BLS (Basic Life Support) certification required.
• Experience in Long-Term Care Management preferred.

Required Experience:

• Minimum of 2+ years experience in Long Term Care or Nursing Home Administration.
• Experience managing staff, operations, and ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to develop and manage budgets, financial statements, and resource planning.
• Knowledge of state and federal healthcare regulations and compliance requirements.
