Job Description:

Evaluate and treat patients with physical conditions resulting from injury, disease, or surgery

Develop and implement individualized treatment plans focused on improving mobility, strength, and functionality

Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare providers to ensure comprehensive patient care

Educate patients and their families on treatment plans, home exercises, and injury prevention
-
Maintain accurate documentation and patient records in compliance with facility and state guidelines

Participate in continuing education and stay current with advances in physical therapy practices
Education & Certification Requirements:

Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) or equivalent from an accredited program

Current Montana Physical Therapy License required or ability to obtain prior to start

BLS (Basic Life Support) certification required
