Job Description:

• Provide high-quality physical therapy services to patients in accordance with treatment plans.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to ensure comprehensive patient care.
• Document patient progress accurately and timely.
• Educate patients and their families on treatment plans and exercises.
• Maintain compliance with regulatory standards and best practices in healthcare.

Education and Certification Requirements:

• Master's or Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution.
• Current NM state licensure as a Physical Therapist.
• BLS certification.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in physical therapy required.
