Hours: 3x12-hour shifts (36 hours guaranteed weekly)

Contract Length: 13 Weeks

Compensation: Up to $55/hour
Job Responsibilities
-
Provide direct patient care to residents in a long-term care setting
-
Administer medications and treatments per physician orders
-
Monitor patient conditions and report changes to the care team
-
Develop and implement individualized care plans
-
Supervise and support LPNs and CNAs as needed
-
Ensure accurate and timely documentation in compliance with facility standards
-
Maintain a safe and supportive environment for residents and staff
Education & Certification Requirements
-
Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in Illinois (or compact eligibility)
-
BLS (Basic Life Support) certification required
-
Minimum 1 year of RN experience, preferably in LTC or skilled nursing
-
Strong clinical, communication, and organizational skills
-
Ability to adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment
