Local Travel Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) – 13-Week Contract
Location: Ellensburg, WA
Weekly Compensation: Up to $2,250 (Based on Experience)
Connected Health Care, a leading recruitment and staffing firm, is seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) for a local travel opportunity in Ellensburg, WA. This 13-week contract provides an excellent opportunity to work in a top-rated healthcare facility while enjoying the flexibility of a travel position close to home.
Job Description
- Evaluate, diagnose, and treat patients with speech, language, voice, and swallowing disorders.
- Develop and implement customized treatment plans to enhance communication and swallowing function.
- Provide therapy for individuals with speech impairments due to neurological conditions, injuries, or developmental delays.
- Collaborate with physicians, occupational therapists, physical therapists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.
- Educate patients and families on therapeutic techniques and home exercises to support progress.
- Maintain accurate records of patient assessments, treatment plans, and progress reports.
Education & Certification Requirements
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
- Active Washington SLP license (or willingness to obtain).
- Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) preferred.
- BLS certification required.
