Travel Allied Health Physical Therapist – Days - Springfield, VT
Contract Length: 13 Weeks (Guaranteed 40 Hours)
Schedule: Days | Monday–Friday | Variable Day Shifts

Position Overview:
The Physical Therapist will evaluate, plan, and administer physical therapy treatments to restore function, relieve pain, and prevent disability for a diverse patient population.
Job Responsibilities:

Evaluate patients to determine functional abilities and deficits

Develop individualized treatment plans based on patient assessments
-
Administer physical therapy interventions, exercises, and modalities

Educate patients and families on treatment plans and progress

Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to coordinate care

Maintain detailed and accurate patient records

Adhere to all state, federal, and facility policies and procedures
Education and Certification Requirements:

Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Doctorate Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program
-
Current Vermont Physical Therapy License (or eligible for licensure)
-
Current BLS (Basic Life Support) Certification required
-
Minimum of 1 year of recent physical therapy experience preferred

Strong interpersonal and communication skills
