Travel Physical Therapist - 13-Week Contract

Location: Appleton, WI
Shift: 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM, 8-Hour Days (Monday to Friday)

Description:

We are seeking a dedicated Travel Physical Therapist for a 13-week contract in Appleton, WI. If you are passionate about helping patients recover and thrive in an inpatient and outpatient setting, this opportunity is for you!

Key Responsibilities:

• Patient Care: Provide physical therapy for both inpatient and outpatient populations, including post-operative total knee and hip patients.
• Shift Requirements: 8-hour day shifts (8:30 AM - 5:00 PM) with potential evening hours for the orthopedic unit.
• Weekend Coverage: Weekend rotation with flex days to compensate for weekend shifts worked.
• Float Requirements: Occasional travel to rural hospitals within a 100-mile radius of Appleton.
• On-Call: No on-call responsibilities.

Requirements:

• Certifications: AHA BLS, WI PT license required.
• Experience: Minimum of 1 year of physical therapy experience in an acute care setting.
• Charting: EPIC experience preferred.
• Skills: Experience in acute care therapy, working with all populations.
• Travel Restrictions: No applicants within a 50-mile radius of ThedaCare Corporate Center in Neenah, WI.
