Shift: 10 Hour Days, Tuesday - Friday, 6:45 AM - 5:15 PM
Guaranteed Hours: 40 Hours per Week
Contract Length: 13 Weeks

Float Requirement: Travel between facilities within a 60-mile radius

Job Description:

Connected Health Care is seeking an experienced and compassionate Travel Physical Therapist for an exciting contract opportunity in Waupaca, WI. This 13-week assignment offers 10-hour shifts, working Tuesday through Friday, with no weekend or on-call duties.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide outpatient care in a hospital setting with some inpatient responsibilities
• Travel between multiple facilities within a 60-mile radius
• Guaranteed 40 hours per week (excluding holidays)
• Complete any missed shifts within 2 weeks of absence

Requirements:

• WI Physical Therapist License (Required)
• AHA BLS Certification (Required)
• Master’s or Doctorate in Physical Therapy (Required)
• Minimum of 2 years of outpatient experience (Required)
• Previous travel experience (Required)
• Must be at least 50 miles from the nearest facility
