Guaranteed Hours: 40 Hours per Week
Contract Length: 13 Weeks

Float Requirement: Travel between facilities within a 60-mile radius
Job Description:
Connected Health Care is seeking an experienced and compassionate Travel Physical Therapist for an exciting contract opportunity in Waupaca, WI. This 13-week assignment offers 10-hour shifts, working Tuesday through Friday, with no weekend or on-call duties.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide outpatient care in a hospital setting with some inpatient responsibilities
- Travel between multiple facilities within a 60-mile radius
- Guaranteed 40 hours per week (excluding holidays)
- Complete any missed shifts within 2 weeks of absence
Requirements:
- WI Physical Therapist License (Required)
- AHA BLS Certification (Required)
- Master’s or Doctorate in Physical Therapy (Required)
- Minimum of 2 years of outpatient experience (Required)
- Previous travel experience (Required)
- Must be at least 50 miles from the nearest facility
