Shift: 7:00 AM - 5:30 PM, 10-Hour Days (Mon-Thurs)
Description:
We are seeking an experienced Travel Physical Therapist for a 13-week contract in Wautoma, WI. This opportunity is ideal for a compassionate and dedicated PT with outpatient clinic experience, looking for their next adventure.
Key Responsibilities:
- Patient Care: Provide physical therapy services in an outpatient clinic setting.
- Shift Requirements: 4x10-hour days, Monday to Thursday (7:00 AM - 5:30 PM).
- Weekends: No weekends required.
- Holidays: Available as needed.
- Float Requirements: May need to float to other ThedaCare facilities if necessary.
- On Call: No on-call responsibilities.
Requirements:
- Certifications: AHA BLS, valid PT license required.
- Experience: 1-2 years of PT experience required, but new grads will be considered. Outpatient clinic experience is a must.
- Travel Experience: Strongly preferred.
- Charting: Experience with EPIC within the last year is required.
