Travel Physical Therapist (PT) – Days - 13 Weeks – Ironwood, MI
Connected Health Care is seeking a motivated and experienced Travel Physical Therapist for a 13-week assignment in Ironwood, Michigan. This opportunity comes with guaranteed hours, a supportive clinical team, and a chance to experience life in the beautiful Upper Peninsula.
Responsibilities:

Evaluate and treat patients to improve mobility, strength, and function.

Develop individualized treatment plans and track patient progress.

Work collaboratively with physicians, nurses, and rehab staff.

Maintain detailed and accurate documentation.
Requirements:

Active Physical Therapist license (Michigan or ability to obtain)

Degree from an accredited Physical Therapy program
-
BLS Certification required
-
1+ year of recent PT experience preferred
