Job Description

Travel Physical Therapist (PT) – Days - 13 Weeks – Ironwood, MI

Connected Health Care is seeking a motivated and experienced Travel Physical Therapist for a 13-week assignment in Ironwood, Michigan. This opportunity comes with guaranteed hours, a supportive clinical team, and a chance to experience life in the beautiful Upper Peninsula.

Responsibilities:

  • Evaluate and treat patients to improve mobility, strength, and function.

  • Develop individualized treatment plans and track patient progress.

  • Work collaboratively with physicians, nurses, and rehab staff.

  • Maintain detailed and accurate documentation.

Requirements:

  • Active Physical Therapist license (Michigan or ability to obtain)

  • Degree from an accredited Physical Therapy program

  • BLS Certification required

  • 1+ year of recent PT experience preferred
