Local Travel Physical Therapist (PT) –  Days - Medford, WI
13-Week Contract | Weekly Pay Up to $3,000 DOE

Connected Health Care is seeking a dedicated and experienced Local Travel Physical Therapist for a 13-week contract assignment with one of our respected partner facilities in Medford, Wisconsin. If you’re a licensed PT looking for a rewarding travel opportunity with strong support and excellent compensation, this is the perfect fit!

Job Responsibilities:

  • Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans

  • Administer therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, and specialized interventions

  • Monitor and document patient progress, adjusting treatment as needed

  • Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals

  • Educate patients and caregivers on techniques for at-home therapy

  • Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal guidelines and regulations

  • Foster a positive, supportive environment that promotes healing and patient engagement

Education & Certification Requirements:

  • Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program

  • Active PT license in Wisconsin – required

  • Current BLS certification – required

  • Minimum of 1 year of clinical experience preferred

  • Strong communication, assessment, and critical thinking skills
