Job Description:

• Provide comprehensive physical therapy evaluations and treatments to patients.
• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans to help patients regain mobility and function.
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to optimize patient outcomes.
• Educate patients and families on exercises and recovery techniques.
• Maintain accurate patient records and documentation according to facility standards.
• Adapt treatment plans based on patient progress and feedback.

Requirements:

• Active Physical Therapist (PT) license in the state of Wisconsin (or eligibility for reciprocity).
• Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• BLS Certification (Basic Life Support).
• At least one year of clinical experience preferred, but new grads are encouraged to apply.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
