Travel Physical Therapist – Waupaca, WI
Contract Length: 13 Weeks
Weekly Compensation: Up to $2,760 based on experience
Schedule: 8-hour days (Monday – Friday) or 10-hour days (flexible scheduling)
Connected Health Care, a leading recruitment and staffing firm, is seeking a skilled Travel Physical Therapist to join a respected healthcare partner in Waupaca, WI. This assignment offers a flexible schedule, competitive weekly pay, and the opportunity to work in a collaborative outpatient setting.
Job Responsibilities:
- Evaluate and assess patients to create individualized treatment plans
- Provide outpatient therapy to restore function, improve mobility, and relieve pain
- Utilize evidence-based therapeutic techniques to promote rehabilitation and recovery
- Educate patients and families on exercises, mobility techniques, and preventative strategies
- Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare team members to ensure continuity of care
- Document patient progress and maintain accurate treatment records in compliance with facility standards
Education and Certification Requirements:
- Master’s or Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy required
- Active WI PT license required
- Current AHA BLS certification required
Experience Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years of outpatient physical therapy experience required
- Prior travel experience preferred but not required
