Travel/Contract CCU Registered Nurse - 13weeks - Days/Nights
Rhinelander, Wisconsin - 13 weeks

Job Requirements
- Education Requirements: Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) or an associate degree in Nursing (ADN) from an accredited institution
- Certifications Requirements: Valid Wisconsin RN license, BLS, ACLS, PALS certifications from AHA or Red Cross
- Experience Requirements: Minimum of 2 years of ICU experience, prior critical access/rural experience highly preferred, experience with pediatric patients (occasional cases)
- Other Requirements: Proficiency with EPIC charting system, ability to float within skillset and location, excellent communication skills, reliable transportation outside 50 miles radius of the facility

Job Responsibilities
- Assess and monitor critically ill patients in the CCU, providing advanced nursing care specific to cardiac and critical care patients.
- Administer medications, treatments, and invasive procedures in accordance with physician orders and hospital protocols.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary team members to develop and implement individualized care plans.
- Document patient care activities thoroughly and accurately in the EPIC electronic health record system.
- Provide education and support to patients and their families regarding condition management and post-discharge care.
