Job Requirements
  • Education Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent; additional radiologic technology coursework preferred
  • Certifications Requirements: 1. Certification from two of the following credentialing organizations: ARRT, ARDMS, RVT-VT, NMTCB, or ARMRIT
    2. Registration as a Medical Radiologic Technologist (MRT-GC) through the Texas Medical Board
    3. BLS certification through the American Heart Association
  • Experience Requirements: At least 1 year of experience as a CT Technologist with proficiency in GE CT equipment and high-volume, high-acuity exams
  • Other Requirements: Ability to work night shifts (7:00 PM - 7:30 AM), excellent communication skills, competency in portable X-ray operation, and ER imaging experience

Job Responsibilities
  • Provide high-quality CT imaging services utilizing GE scanners, adhering to hospital protocols and safety guidelines
  • Operate and troubleshoot portable X-ray equipment to assist in ER and trauma cases effectively
  • Perform high-volume, high-acuity scans, including trauma and stroke imaging, with competence and precision
  • Collaborate with radiologists and medical staff to ensure accurate diagnostics and efficient workflow
  • Maintain thorough documentation of procedures, equipment maintenance, and patient records in compliance with hospital standards
