Travel CT/X-Ray Technologist -Â South of San Jose, California
Contract Length: 13 Weeks
Weekly Compensation: Up to $3,450 (based on experience)
Shift: 4x10s – Variable shift
Connected Health Care, a premier recruitment and staffing firm, is currently seeking a skilled and reliable Travel CT/X-Ray Tech for an exciting opportunity with one of our partner facilities in San Jose, CA. If you’re a licensed imaging professional looking to advance your career in a scenic and welcoming location, this is the role for you!
Position Overview:
This dual-modality position is ideal for a tech who is confident in both CT and X-ray procedures and can adapt to a fast-paced environment while maintaining a strong focus on patient care.
Job Responsibilities:
- Perform diagnostic imaging procedures including CT scans and X-rays as ordered by physicians
- Ensure proper positioning of patients and imaging equipment
- Maintain accurate documentation and patient records
- Practice and enforce radiation safety protocols
- Collaborate with radiologists and healthcare providers for accurate diagnostics
- Maintain cleanliness and readiness of imaging rooms and equipment
Education & Certification Requirements:
- Graduate of an accredited Radiologic Technology program
- Current CT Certification/License
- BLS Certification (Basic Life Support)
- ARRT Certification preferred
- Minimum of 1 year of recent experience in CT and X-ray
