Job Requirements
- Education Requirements: Graduation from an accredited nursing program and holding an active Georgia RN license
- Certifications Requirements: BLS required; ACLS preferred or as specified by the department; CST certification is preferred
- Experience Requirements: Minimum of 2 years of recent OR experience including general surgery and orthopedics; 5 years for CVOR specialization; experience with intraoperative technology preferred
- Other Requirements: Ability to float within the department; excellent communication skills; ability to work in a fast-paced environment; flexibility to work day or night shifts; commitment to teamwork and patient safety

Job Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality CVOR surgical care within the operating room, adhering to hospital protocols and patient safety standards
- Collaborate with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and perioperative staff to ensure smooth and efficient surgical procedures
- Monitor patient vitals and respond promptly to intraoperative changes, maintaining patient stability and safety
- Maintain accurate documentation of surgical procedures, patient assessments, and intraoperative activities
- Support and implement infection control and sterilization procedures to ensure a safe operating environment
