Travel/Contract CVICU RN – Winston-Salem, North Carolina
13-Week Contract | Weekly Pay Up to $2,250 (Based on Experience)
Connected Health Care, a top-tier recruitment and staffing firm, is currently seeking a highly skilled Cardiovascular Intensive Care Unit Registered Nurse (CVICU RN) for a travel contract opportunity in Winston-Salem, NC. Job Description – CVICU RN Responsibilities

Provide direct and specialized care to critically ill patients with cardiovascular conditions

Monitor and manage patients requiring advanced cardiac monitoring, post-operative cardiac surgery care, and mechanical circulatory support

Collaborate with physicians, surgeons, and multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans
-
Administer medications, manage ventilators, and provide life-saving interventions
-
Perform accurate and timely documentation in accordance with hospital policies
-
Educate patients and families on treatment plans and recovery expectations
Licensure & Certifications Required

Active RN License – North Carolina or Compact State
-
BLS – Basic Life Support (AHA)
-
ACLS – Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support
-
NIHSS – National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale
-
CCRN – Critical Care Registered Nurse Certification (Preferred)
Education Requirements

Associate or Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing (ADN or BSN)

Minimum of 2 years of recent CVICU or ICU experience preferred
