Connected Health Care, a leading recruitment and staffing firm, is seeking an experienced Local Travel Cath Lab Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) for an exciting opportunity in Berlin, WI. If you have prior travel experience and a passion for long-term care, this position offers competitive pay, stability, and career growth.

Job Details

  • Location: Berlin, WI
  • Contract Length: 11 weeks
  • Guaranteed Hours: 36 hours per week
  • Shift: 12-hour days (5:30 AM - 6:00 PM)
  • Weekends: Every other weekend
  • Holidays: Holiday rotation
  • On-Call/Call-Back: None
  • Patient Ratio: 1:10 - 1:15
  • Scrub Colors: Any

Requirements

  • Experience: Minimum 2 years of LTC experience REQUIRED
  • Recent LTC Facility Experience REQUIRED
  • Education: High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Certifications:
  • WI CNA License (Required)
  • AHA BLS Certification (Required)
  • Medication Administration Certification (Strongly Preferred)
  • Charting Experience: EPIC preferred & Pyxis preferred
  • Required Skillset: Long-term care, post-acute care, dementia care, peri-care, and cath care
