Travel Cath Lab RN – Days - Pikeville, KY
13-Week Contract | Up to $2,700/Week (DOE)

Connected Health Care is seeking a skilled and motivated Travel Cath Lab RN for a 13-week contract in Pikeville, Kentucky. If you're looking to take your cardiovascular nursing skills on the road and enjoy the beauty of the Appalachian Mountains, this opportunity is for you.

Job Responsibilities:

• Provide nursing care during cardiac catheterization and interventional procedures

• Administer medications and monitor patient response before, during, and after procedures

• Assist the interventional cardiology team with procedures such as angioplasties and pacemaker insertions

• Monitor vital signs, EKGs, and manage IV lines and sedation

• Maintain accurate patient records and documentation in accordance with facility protocols

• Adhere to infection control, safety, and procedural standards at all times

Education and Certification Requirements:

• Active RN license in the state of Kentucky (or compact state license)

• Associate’s or Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing

• Current BLS and ACLS certifications (AHA)

• Minimum of 1 year of Cath Lab RN experience required

• Critical care or ER experience is a plus

Preferred Qualifications:

• RCIS certification is a plus but not required

• Excellent communication and time management skills

• Ability to work effectively in high-stress, fast-paced environments
