Travel Cath Lab Technician – Days - Pikeville, KY
13-Week Contract | Up to $2,700/Week (DOE)

Connected Health Care is seeking an experienced Travel Cath Lab Technician for a 13-week contract in Pikeville, Kentucky. Join a reputable and supportive cardiovascular team in an advanced medical center nestled in the heart of the Appalachian Mountains. This is a great opportunity for skilled techs looking to make a meaningful impact while exploring the scenic beauty of Eastern Kentucky.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Assist physicians during cardiac catheterization procedures and interventional procedures

  • Prepare and maintain sterile field and equipment for procedures

  • Monitor and record patient vitals and catheter placement during procedures

  • Operate imaging equipment including fluoroscopy, X-ray, and other diagnostic tools

  • Maintain patient records and comply with facility protocols and safety guidelines

  • Collaborate with nursing and physician staff to ensure optimal patient care

Education and Certification Requirements:

  • Associate’s degree in cardiovascular technology, radiologic technology, or a related field

  • ARRT or RCIS certification required

  • BLS and ACLS certifications (AHA) required

  • Minimum of 1 year of recent Cath Lab experience

  • Kentucky licensure or eligibility to obtain

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with EP studies, PCI, and peripheral interventions

  • Strong technical skills in imaging and patient monitoring

  • Adaptability and composure in fast-paced, high-pressure environments
