Travel Cath Lab Technician – Days - Pikeville, KY
13-Week Contract | Up to $2,700/Week (DOE)
Connected Health Care is seeking an experienced Travel Cath Lab Technician for a 13-week contract in Pikeville, Kentucky. Join a reputable and supportive cardiovascular team in an advanced medical center nestled in the heart of the Appalachian Mountains. This is a great opportunity for skilled techs looking to make a meaningful impact while exploring the scenic beauty of Eastern Kentucky.
Job Responsibilities:

Assist physicians during cardiac catheterization procedures and interventional procedures
-
Prepare and maintain sterile field and equipment for procedures
-
Monitor and record patient vitals and catheter placement during procedures
-
Operate imaging equipment including fluoroscopy, X-ray, and other diagnostic tools
-
Maintain patient records and comply with facility protocols and safety guidelines
-
Collaborate with nursing and physician staff to ensure optimal patient care
Education and Certification Requirements:
-
Associate’s degree in cardiovascular technology, radiologic technology, or a related field
-
ARRT or RCIS certification required
-
BLS and ACLS certifications (AHA) required
-
Minimum of 1 year of recent Cath Lab experience
-
Kentucky licensure or eligibility to obtain
Preferred Qualifications:
-
Experience with EP studies, PCI, and peripheral interventions
-
Strong technical skills in imaging and patient monitoring
-
Adaptability and composure in fast-paced, high-pressure environments
