Connected Health Care is currently seeking dedicated Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) for contract positions in Bainbridge Island, WA. As a CNA, you will play a vital role in providing essential care to patients within a skilled nursing facility (SNF) setting. Key Responsibilities:

• Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
• Monitor and record vital signs, intake and output, and other relevant patient information.
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient care and comfort.
• Provide emotional support and companionship to residents.

Requirements:

• General CNA certification with valid licensure.
• Additional certifications as required by state regulations.
• Experience in a skilled nursing facility preferred but not required.
• Compassionate attitude and strong interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Flexibility to work 8-hour shifts, 5 days a week.
