This 13-week contract offers competitive compensation, with pay rates up to $26.50/hour depending on experience. Job Description:
As a Local Travel CNA, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care in a compassionate and professional manner. This position requires flexibility and the ability to adapt to various healthcare settings within the Weiser area.
- Assist patients with daily living activities (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, and feeding.
- Monitor and record vital signs, including temperature, blood pressure, pulse, and respiration.
- Help patients with mobility and positioning, ensuring comfort and safety.
- Report any changes in patient condition to the healthcare team.
- Provide support to nursing staff and contribute to the overall care team.
- Maintain patient hygiene and assist with wound care, as directed.
- Ensure cleanliness and organization of patient rooms.
- Assist with patient transfers and transportation as needed.
- Provide emotional support to patients and their families, maintaining a professional and compassionate demeanor.
Education & Certification Requirements:
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Current CNA certification in the state of Idaho.
- Valid CPR certification.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work in a team-oriented environment.
- At least 6 months of experience in a CNA role is preferred.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and maintain a positive attitude.
Compensation & Benefits:
- Hourly pay up to $26.50/hour, based on experience.
- 13-week contract assignment.
- Opportunity for extension based on performance and facility needs.
- Travel and housing stipends available.
