Job Description:

• Provide comprehensive care to patients undergoing dialysis treatments.
• Monitor patient conditions before, during, and after dialysis procedures.
• Operate dialysis equipment and ensure proper maintenance and functionality.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans.
• Educate patients and their families about dialysis procedures, home care, and symptom management.
• Maintain accurate patient records and document all care provided.
• Ensure compliance with all healthcare regulations and standards.
• Provide emotional support and counseling to patients and families.

Education and Certification Requirements:

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Nursing.
• Current RN (Registered Nurse) license in Wisconsin or eligibility to obtain one.
• CNN (Certified Nephrology Nurse) or CDN (Certified Dialysis Nurse) certification preferred.
• BLS (Basic Life Support) and ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) certifications.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in dialysis nursing.
• Strong critical thinking, communication, and interpersonal skills.
