- Education Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; additional technical certification preferred
- Certifications Requirements: Indiana state license, ARRT certification, BLS certification
- Experience Requirements: Minimum of 2 years of EP/Cath Lab experience, including device implant procedures and ablation experience with CARTO/NAVX/Ensite
- Other Requirements: Ability to work 4x10-hour days, excellent communication skills, reliable transportation, ability to float between campuses, and strong clinical skills in EP procedures

Job Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality EP and Cath Lab technical support during scheduled shifts, ensuring compliance with procedural protocols.
- Assist physicians with device implantation, ablation, and other complex EP procedures demonstrating proficiency with equipment such as CARTO, NAVX, Ensite, Cryo, and Rhythmia systems.
- Maintain accurate and detailed charting of procedures using Epic or other electronic health record systems, ensuring documentation accuracy.
- Coordinate with the healthcare team to ensure smooth workflow during procedures and assist in troubleshooting technical issues when they arise.
- Take scheduled call responsibilities, providing timely response within 60 minutes, and participate in weekend and holiday coverage as scheduled.
