- Certifications Requirements: BLS, ACLS, PALS, TNCC
- Experience Requirements: Minimum of 3 years of emergency medicine experience
- Other Requirements: Ability to float to multiple facilities, flexible schedule for weekend shifts, strong charting skills (Epic preferred), ability to work in a fast-paced environment, professional demeanor and excellent communication skills

Job Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality emergency nursing care to patients across the facility, ensuring safety and compliance with hospital policies.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans tailored to individual needs.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient assessments, treatments, and progress using Epic or other hospital charting systems.
- Float to multiple facilities (Aspirus Merrill, Wausau, Langlade, and Stanley) as needed, demonstrating adaptability and professionalism.
- Execute all shift duties including triage, patient monitoring, administering medications, and responding to emergencies efficiently and effectively.
