Job Requirements
- Education Requirements: Associate's Degree in Respiratory Therapy or related field
- Certifications Requirements: AHA BLS, ACLS, NBRC RRT, Active WI license, NRP (Advanced), Drivers License, Last 4 of Social Security
- Experience Requirements: Minimum of 2 years of experience in respiratory therapy, previous travel experience preferred, NICU experience required
- Other Requirements: Ability to manage change effectively, resilient, strong social skills, current skills in emergency response, and ventilator management, no scent or smoking in dress code, professional attire in scrubs, clean and presentable

Job Responsibilities
- Provide emergency respiratory care, including ventilator management, critical care interventions, and patient assessment for all age groups across hospital units.
- Support all patient care areas in the hospital, including Emergency Department and general care units, with flexibility to float as needed.
- Execute rapid response and code blue protocols efficiently, ensuring prompt emergency services.
- Maintain accurate documentation of respiratory treatments, patient responses, and equipment usage in compliance with hospital policies.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans and ensure optimal patient outcomes.
