Travel Emergency Room Registered Nurse – Rock Island, IL
Contract Length: 13 Weeks
Weekly Pay Up to $2,700 (Based on Experience)
Shift: 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM | 12-Hour Nights | 36 Hours/Week Guaranteed

Connected Health Care, a top-tier recruitment and staffing agency, is currently seeking an experienced Travel ER Registered Nurse to join a respected hospital partner in Rock Island, Illinois. This is a fantastic opportunity for a skilled ER nurse to make an impact in a high-acuity environment while enjoying a flexible travel lifestyle in the heart of the Midwest.

Job Description:

  • Provide critical care to patients in the Emergency Department during night shifts

  • Assess, triage, and manage acute and urgent medical conditions

  • Respond to trauma, code blue, and other emergencies efficiently

  • Administer medications, IVs, and perform diagnostic procedures

  • Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care

  • Accurately document all assessments, interventions, and patient responses

  • Deliver compassionate support and education to patients and families

Education & Certification Requirements:

  • Active RN license in Illinois or Compact RN license

  • BLS (Basic Life Support) – required

  • ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) – required

  • PALS (Pediatric Advanced Life Support) – required

  • TNCC (Trauma Nursing Core Course) – required

  • NIHSS (National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale) – required

  • MOAB (Management of Aggressive Behavior) – required

Experience Requirements:

  • Minimum of 2 years of recent Emergency Department experience – required
