Job Requirements
- Education Requirements: Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) or Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN)
- Certifications Requirements: BLS, ACLS, PALS, TNCC, Basic Cardiac Rhythm certification
- Experience Requirements: At least 1 year of recent Emergency Department RN experience, with a minimum of 2 years preferred
- Other Requirements: Ability to pass an EKG competency exam, physical stamina for 12-hour shifts, excellent teamwork and communication skills

Job Responsibilities
- Assess and monitor emergency patients promptly upon arrival, prioritizing care based on acuity levels.
- Provide advanced nursing care, including administration of drips such as Heparin, Insulin, Cardene, Dopamine, Epinephrine, Fentanyl, Propofol, and Levophed.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, including physicians, RTs, and support staff, to deliver comprehensive patient care.
- Maintain accurate documentation of patient assessments, treatments, and responses using the EPIC EMR system.
- Educate patients and families on treatment plans, procedures, and discharge instructions to ensure understanding and compliance.
