Connected Health Care is seeking a motivated Family Medicine Physician for a Local Travel position near Garberville, California. Position Details:

• Contract Length: 13 weeks
• Weekly Compensation: Up to $8,600 based on experience

Job Description:

• Provide comprehensive primary care services to patients of all ages.
• Diagnose and treat a variety of acute and chronic medical conditions.
• Manage preventive care, health maintenance, and patient education.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver high-quality, patient-centered care.
• Maintain accurate and timely medical records using electronic health records (EHR) systems.

Education and Certification Requirements:

• Current California Medical License
• DEA certificate
• Board Certified in Family Practice preferred, but not required
• Current life support certification(s)

Additional Notes: Ideally want someone temp to perm to avoid huge fee for placement below is information on the job:

• Monday-Friday 8a-5p
• 15-20 patients per day on average
