Local Travel Home Health Registered Nurse (RN) – North of Santa Fe, NM
Contract Length: 13 Weeks
Weekly Pay: Up to $2,800 (Based on Experience)
Connected Health Care, a premier recruitment and staffing firm, is currently seeking a skilled and compassionate Local Travel Home Health RN for a 13-week assignment in Santa Fe, New Mexico. This is a fantastic opportunity for a nurse with strong home health experience, OASIS proficiency, and the ability to thrive in an autonomous environment.
Job Description:
- Deliver in-home nursing care to patients in accordance with individualized care plans
- Complete comprehensive assessments using OASIS documentation standards
- Administer medications, monitor vital signs, and manage wound care and chronic conditions
- Provide education to patients and families regarding treatments and disease management
- Coordinate care with interdisciplinary healthcare team and ensure continuity of care
- Utilize WellSky/Kinnser EMR for timely and accurate documentation
- Travel within designated areas with mileage reimbursement provided
Education and Certification Requirements:
- Active New Mexico RN license or valid Compact RN license
- Current AHA BLS certification
- Minimum 1 year of recent home health nursing experience
- OASIS documentation experience is required
- Experience with WellSky/Kinnser EMR preferred
- Valid driver’s license, reliable vehicle, and auto insurance required
