Travel Home Health Registered Nurse – Days - Rhinelander, WI
13-Week Contract | Up to $2,700/Week Based on Experience
Connected Health Care is seeking a compassionate and experienced Travel Home Health RN for a 13-week assignment with one of our trusted healthcare partners in Rhinelander, Wisconsin. This is a fantastic opportunity for a Registered Nurse who thrives in a home health environment and enjoys exploring the great outdoors of northern Wisconsin.
Job Responsibilities:

Provide skilled nursing care to patients in their homes

Conduct comprehensive assessments and create individualized care plans

Educate patients and families on health conditions and home treatments
-
Coordinate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to ensure high-quality care
-
Maintain accurate documentation in compliance with regulatory standards

Ensure timely communication and compassionate service to clients
Education & Certification Requirements:

Active RN license in the state of Wisconsin (or compact eligible)
-
Graduate of an accredited nursing program (ADN or BSN)
-
Minimum of 1 year of home health or relevant nursing experience preferred
-
Current BLS certification (AHA or equivalent)
-
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
