Job Description:

• Deliver critical care nursing to ICU patients with complex conditions

• Monitor patient vitals and provide round-the-clock care in a high-acuity setting

• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed

• Collaborate closely with interdisciplinary team members to ensure optimal patient outcomes

• Communicate effectively with patients and families, providing education and emotional support

• Maintain accurate and detailed documentation using electronic medical records

• Comply with hospital policies, procedures, and safety standards

Education & Certification Requirements:

• Active RN license in the state of Minnesota (or compact license)

• Associate or Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing (ADN or BSN)

• Minimum of 1 year recent ICU experience required

• BLS and ACLS certifications required (AHA preferred)

• NIHSS certification preferred
