Job Requirements
- Education Requirements: Valid Wisconsin RN license
- Certifications Requirements: BLS, ACLS, NIHSS (preferred), Valid Driver's License
- Experience Requirements: Minimum of 2 years of ICU experience, with at least one previous travel assignment preferred
- Other Requirements: Ability to float to different units including MS; proficient in EPIC charting; strong communication and adaptability skills; physically capable to work 12-hour shifts; professional appearance in any color scrubs

Job Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality ICU nursing care for critically ill patients in a 10-bed unit, including CCU/ICU, IMC, and MS units.
- Assess patient conditions continuously, monitor vital signs, and adjust treatment plans accordingly to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans tailored to each patient’s needs.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient care activities in EPIC or corresponding electronic health record systems.
- Float to various units as required, demonstrating flexibility and expertise across different patient care environments, including MS, Rhinelander, Eager River, and Tomahawk facilities.
