- Education Requirements: Valid RN license in the state of Georgia.
- Certifications Requirements: BLS, ACLS, CCRN (preferred).
- Experience Requirements: Minimum of 2 years of recent ICU RN experience.
- Other Requirements: Ability to pass an EKG competency exam; excellent critical thinking skills; flexibility to float across multiple ICU units; reliable transportation and valid driver’s license.

Job Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality ICU nursing care to critically ill patients across various ICU units, including MICU, CCU, CVICU, NICU, PCU, and STICU.
- Monitor and interpret patient vital signs, cardiac rhythms, and clinical data to ensure timely interventions and optimal patient outcomes.
- Administer medications, IV drips, and manage advanced procedures such as chest tube management, PIV starts, and trach care.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, including physicians, resource nurses, and support staff, to develop and implement patient care plans.
- Ensure compliance with facility protocols, safety standards, and certification requirements, including passing EKG competency assessments during onboarding.
