- Certifications Requirements: AHA BLS, ACLS certifications; Nursys or State License
- Experience Requirements: Minimum of 1 year of ICU experience; experience with EPIC charting system
- Other Requirements: Ability to work 12-hour variable shifts; strong resilience and adaptability; excellent communication skills

- Monitor and assess critically ill patients, responding promptly to changes in condition.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans.
- Document patient assessments, interventions, and progress accurately in EPIC and other electronic health records system.
- Educate patients and their families on treatment plans, procedures, and post-discharge care instructions.
