- Education Requirements: Valid RN license from an accredited nursing program
- Certifications Requirements: BLS, ACLS; CCRN preferred but not required
- Experience Requirements: Minimum of 2 years of MedSurg and ICU experience with strong Neuro background
- Other Requirements: Ability to float to all inpatient units as needed, resilient with strong change management skills, social and independent worker, proficient in charting with EPIC preferred

Job Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive ICU care to adult patients in a 16-bed Medical-Surgical ICU setting, including neuro, trauma, and sepsis cases.
- Monitor and manage complex patient conditions such as cerebral drains, vents, drips, chest tubes, spinal drains, and CRRT patients, ensuring optimal patient outcomes.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, including clinical leads, CNAs, and LPNs, to deliver coordinated, high-quality care.
- Perform thorough assessments, document patient progress accurately in EPIC, and respond promptly to patient needs and emergencies.
- Float to all inpatient units as needed, demonstrating flexibility and resilience in managing diverse case types and acuity levels.
