Local Travel ICU Stepdown Registered Nurse (RN) - Nights - Newburgh, IN
13-Week Contract | Up to $2,760/Week

Job Description:

  • Provide specialized nursing care to ICU Stepdown patients transitioning from critical care

  • Monitor patient conditions, administer medications, and assist in developing individualized care plans

  • Collaborate with physicians and healthcare teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes

  • Educate patients and families on post-hospitalization care and recovery

  • Maintain accurate documentation and adhere to hospital policies and safety protocols

Education & Certification Requirements:

  • Active RN license in Indiana (or compact state eligibility)

  • Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Nursing (ADN/BSN) from an accredited program

  • BLS (Basic Life Support) and ACLS (Advanced Cardiac Life Support) Certification required

  • Minimum 1 year of ICU Stepdown or Progressive Care nursing experience preferred
