Job Requirements
- Education Requirements: Valid registered nursing license in the state of Kentucky or multistate compact license
- Certifications Requirements: AHA BLS, AHA ACLS, NIHSS
- Experience Requirements: Minimum of three years of nursing experience, including at least one solid year in stepdown or PCU units; prior travel assignment preferred
- Other Requirements: Ability to pass tele interpretation tests, strong assessment and critical thinking skills, resilient attitude, ability to manage change effectively

- Initiate and titrate insulin, heparin, and cardiac drips according to physician orders and protocols
- Conduct thorough assessments, monitor patient vitals, and respond promptly to changes in patient conditions
- Collaborate with healthcare team members to develop and implement individualized patient care plans
- Maintain accurate documentation within the EPIC electronic health record system, adhering to facility policies
