Travel ICU Stepdown Registered Nurse – Newburgh, IN
Contract Length: 13 Weeks
Weekly Compensation: Up to $2,550/WK! (based on experience)
Shift: 12hr Nights (6:00p – 6:30a)

Connected Health Care is seeking an experienced Travel ICU Stepdown RN to join one of our trusted healthcare partners in Newburgh, Indiana. This is a fantastic opportunity for an adventurous nurse looking to advance their career while exploring the beauty and charm of southern Indiana.
Job Description
- Provide compassionate, high-quality care to patients in the ICU Stepdown unit
- Monitor and assess patient conditions, administering medications and treatments as ordered
- Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary team members to develop patient care plans
- Utilize EPIC charting (CUPID experience highly preferred) for accurate documentation
- Maintain a safe, supportive environment for patients and families
- Float Requirements: Float to other cardiac, stepdown, or telemetry units as needed
- Weekends/Holidays: Every other weekend/holiday rotation
Education and Certification Requirements
- Active Indiana Single State RN License (required upon submittal)
- Minimum of 2 years ICU/Stepdown RN experience in specialty
- Travel experience required (minimum of 1 completed travel assignment – no new travelers)
- Certifications Required:
- American Heart Association BLS & ACLS
- NIHSS Certification
