Job Requirements
- Education Requirements: Associate's degree in Radiologic Technology or higher from an accredited program
- Certifications Requirements: • American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT-R, ARRT-VI, or ARRT-CV) • Texas Medical Board Certification (MRT) • BLS (American Heart Association) certification
- Experience Requirements: • Minimum of 3 years of interventional radiology experience (Neurovascular and VIR) • Demonstrated proficiency with ultrasound, fluoroscopy, CT, and PACS equipment • Experience assisting physicians in complex interventional procedures
- Other Requirements: • Must be able to push/pull a minimum of 50 pounds • Ability to stand continuously for up to 240 minutes • Capable of walking long distances • Knowledge of electronic health record systems and medical imaging equipment • Strong communication skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Job Responsibilities
- Provide advanced interventional radiology procedures, including neurovascular and VIR interventions, ensuring high-quality patient care and procedural success.
- Assist physicians during complex diagnostic and therapeutic procedures, preparing and operating imaging equipment such as ultrasonography, fluoroscopy, and CT units.
- Monitor patient vital signs and respond to any changes in clinical status during procedures, maintaining patient safety and comfort at all times.
- Maintain accurate documentation of procedures, equipment usage, and patient information in electronic health records, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.
- Perform routine maintenance and calibration of radiology equipment to ensure optimal performance and safety standards are met.
