- Education Requirements: Valid RN license in state of practice
- Certifications Requirements: BLS, ACLS, NIHSS
- Experience Requirements: Minimum 2 years ICU experience; experience with critical care devices and invasive lines
- Other Requirements: Ability to float within region, strong critical care skills, excellent communication skills, physical ability to assist with patient mobilization, flexibility to work night shifts

Job Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive critical care nursing to ventilated and stroke patients, utilizing advanced monitoring and invasive procedures.
- Assess patient conditions continuously, interpret cardiac rhythms, and adjust treatments as prescribed in EPIC EMR system.
- Administer medications, manage vasoactive infusions, and utilize critical care equipment like ARCTIC SUN and Hemosphere.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members including physicians, RTs, and support staff to deliver optimal patient outcomes.
- Document all patient care activities accurately and promptly, ensuring compliance with hospital policies and protocols.
